Your responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with quotations
- Point of contact for suppliers and customers via telephone
- Independent order processing through to invoicing
- Preparation of shipping and customs documentation
- Creating statistics and reports
- General office administration
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in this or a comparable position
- Solid MS Office skills and good knowledge of SAP
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Organizational talent and an independent, structured way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
